Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi

I do not normally make reviews but our stay experience was exceptional hence i feel giving them a review is the least I can do It has been our 3rd time to travel to Japan but first time here in Richmond. The staff was amazing the room has enough for what you need for traveling though it doesnt have the bells and whistles that 5 Star hotels offer I feel that this hotel was more than what we need for what we paid for. The stay was amazing and moving around Tokyo and coming back to the hotel was a breeze either by train or car. What made it special was when my daughter had a medical emergency it was late in the evening and all the staff was so helpful. Shout out to the amazing ERP team and the desk on duty my daughter was in good hands. Aside from this good food and 711 was all 5min walk. This hotel is definitely our home in Tokyo

I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. Despite being slightly outside the city center, the location proved to be extremely convenient, as it was close to both the subway and the train station. The surrounding residential neighborhood was lovely, with tall skyscrapers and well-maintained gardens, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was surrounded by numerous restaurants and a convenient Seven Eleven right across the street, which allowed us to easily purchase food and beverages during our stay. The rooms at the accommodation were impeccable: functional, extremely clean, and incredibly quiet, ensuring optimal rest. The hotel also provided pajamas that were changed daily. Upon departure, the staff were extremely attentive: they arranged the taxi pick-up for us and kindly informed us of the exact time it arrived (at 4:45 am). It was a gesture of kindness that we greatly appreciated and made our experience even more enjoyable and worry-free. In conclusion, I highly recommend this accommodation to all travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and impeccable service. I will definitely return in the future!

The room was slightly bigger than I thought. I didn't think it would fit 3 large suitcases and 1 small one. It was still a little cramped but at least I could open up the big suitcases. The full bed was comfortable and big enough for a big tall man of 6' and a 5 month pregnant woman. The hotel is located conveniently just less than 5 minutes away from Musashi-Kosugi station. It was just a train ride down after arriving from the shinkansen at Shin-Yokohama station. There are malls nearby as well and a convenience store right outside the hotel which is convenient when you get snacky at night. I love the amenities they provide in the lobby. They even have different variety of bath salts! Providing some vanity amenities such as cotton pads and cotton buds would have made it perfect.

Second stay here while visiting family. It's a great location, not busy and close to multiple grocery stores, conbinis and other shopping. The hotel is great. Clean rooms, lots of options of additional amenities near the front desk. They updated their TVs too! Smart TV with casting and streaming options. Great breakfast and absolutely wonderful staff. We speak no Japanese and even when there isn't a English speaking staff member, they find a way to take care of whatever you need. We will always stay here when we come to the area. The value is incredible during even the most expensive time of year to travel.

Room was very spacious. Facilities and amenities were complete and excellent, room was very clean. Hotel is very near Musashi Kosugi JR Station New South Gate which made it very accessible for riding NEX. There are also plenty of malls(Tokyu Square, Lala Terrace, Grand Tree, Itoyokado), restaurants, supermarkets(Foodium, Deli) and convenience stores around the area; just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange for our luggage to be sent in advance to the airport and the staff at the front desk happily assisted us. Definitely a great place to stay.
